This restaurant is part of a fast food chain franchise, so my rating is based on comparisons with other similar establishments rather than local diners. Overall, it deserves its rating. During our visit, the drive-thru service could use some improvement, as they made assumptions about our order before we had finished speaking, but they quickly rectified the mistake. They were attentive to my food allergy and ensured our order was correct. Although we had the option to order ahead via the app, we chose not to in order to keep our food fresh. The prices are on par with larger fast food chains but reasonable considering the quality. We will likely return in the future.
Saturday 07-09-22. Waited an hour for food today. Which is pretty ridiculous, place smells like sewage and on top of all that While I was waiting for food I overheard one employee tell another employee that she was so mad she could kill her!Disrespectful employees, managers did nothing about the employee threatening the other. Wish I knew the employees name andmanagers name as well so that I could turn this in to corporate office. Never will go again!
Horrible two pieces of chicken were literally raw. It?s disgusting how this place is still open. Nothing but horrible experiences Everytime I go. You can tell no one cares in there at all. Just your average KFC. I don?t recommend going here, goto Popeyes instead
Food is good but they get my order wrong every time!! I have to repeat my order again and again and even at the window. Today asked for fries got extra mashed. Asked for kfc sauce and ranch got 10 bbq packets.

There is a drug dealer operating at a restaurant on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston, PA. Recently, a 24-year-old woman lost her life due to this situation. This restaurant is not a safe environment for families.
Food is ok and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes they have your order ready in 5 minutes, other times it takes them 25 minutes. So I won't recommend this kfc but I'm not saying they are horrible.
The drive-thru service at this restaurant is outstanding! The staff is not only quick but also very friendly. Overall, this place ranks among the best fast food restaurants in the Wyoming Valley.
Staff is generally rude, usually get my order wrong, and if you call or tell them they don't care or will hang up on you. This is 10 minutes from me and I'd rather drive to scranton to get it.

Yummy. 10 piece dinner fed 3 hungry people. Fresh and good.
