Kfc - Reserva de mesa

The dining experience at this KFC in South Hill, VA can be hit or miss. I have frequented this establishment three to four times a week, but the quality of the food has been disappointing lately. After a few months, I decided to give them another chance, only to be told after a 20-minute wait that they were out of extra crispy chicken. It felt like a letdown similar to Burger King telling you they don't have any burgers and offering a cheese sandwich instead. I used to work at a KFC in Pahokee, Florida, where we cooked using pressure cookers and deep fryers. My advice to anyone thinking of dining at this KFC is to save their time and money, as they have been duly warned of the inconsistency...

After waiting in the drive thru for an hour we get home and are missing food. The sides tasted weird also. We ordered the $30 fill up and we didn't get the 1/2 gallon of tea or cookies it was supposed to come with. I understand being short staffed but only having the drive thru open and can't get orders right. We will have to pass on KFC from now on. Bojangles is much better.

I visited the restaurant in February and ordered only two 8-piece buckets of wings. I tried to buy 4-6 more wings with my order, but I was told that it was not possible. It seems like the business needs all new employees, especially good cooks for the South Hill KFC!

If I could give a half-star rating, this restaurant wouldn't even get that. The service was incredibly slow, with a car breaking down leading to an even longer wait. This has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Reserva una mesa ahora

workers seem unpredictable, we drove thru in the night menu light was not on had phone flash order spelling out that they said ok when we check the offers where not it try again

They’re not even open during posted hours, employees sound careless, and they are the slowest restaurant in south hill. What a shame

Order Chicken box and roaches crawled all out of the box nasty nasty threw it out to the dogs.
