unfortunately Google won't allow zero star reviews! we ordered dinner online tonight and our order was not filled properly. we did not receive our salads instead received a second large fry wich were garbage as it was. the store also shorted me my chicken strips and my dips wich was not realized until after I was off the phone with them. went back to the store and they tried to put it on my gf saying she okay'd the change. never did they call to say they couldn't fill the order properly and then made me drive in to go get my refund for my salads.will never deal with this store again. I feel bad for the one white employee that couldn't understand the Arabic language being spoken in the kitche...

This restaurant is terrible. The food doesn't taste like KFC at all and lacks flavor. It has a strange, old, stale oil taste. They consistently serve half-empty salads, even after being notified they don't seem to care. It's clear that they are cutting corners and giving less than what is advertised. It is unethical to charge full price for half the product. This is unacceptable.

Second time we've obviously gotten leftover lunch chicken around supper time...refried, rubbery and no taste.Other times, a 6 piece becomes 4 or 5. Tired of just letting it go and not saying something. When it's good, it's very good. When it's bad, it's really bad and a waste of time and money. Nobody takes pride or cares anymore. Sad really.

I ended up going to this location because most other restaurants in the area were closed at 9:00 p.m. this particular location happens to close at 11:00 p.m. Even though it was close to closing time, the drive through service was fast and accurate. Quality has gone way down at this location, I have gone back a few times now and just seems to keep getting worse. Order is usually wrong, chicken isn’t cooked well or is very poor quality, not breaded very well, just no care for quality at all. Won’t be back, time to find somewhere else for chicken

Poutine was dry af worst poutine I've ever tasted, really miss having a good KFC in town because this one never gives anyone good food. Is it too much to ask for good food??? Like really?? You can only get so many refunds from skip/DD so why can't you make anything properly??

This was the worst meal I've ever had from KFC. The bun was soggy and dripping with fat, the fries were cold, and the owners seemed clueless about what makes good KFC food. Colonel Sanders would be ashamed to serve this garbage at his restaurant.

Ordered a chicken meal, a chicken sandwich meal and a couple of brownies. Well they forgot to put in the brownies and the chicken was dry, tiny and overcooked. Horrible overpriced meal. Popeyes is 100% better. Reserva una mesa ahora

this KFC location is not efficient. one night I drove with no one in the line through the trip and they took about 30 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and dr. pepper. dissatisfied with my visit here.

The person at the counter was amazing! The staff was very friendly. I bought a bucket of food so I could have enough to eat. I had enough food for 3 days for 2 people.
