I do have one concern: in the newer restaurants I've visited, the layout seems a bit off. While the decor is nice, the positioning of the overhead menu boards in relation to the counter and food preparation area makes it hard for customers to hear their orders clearly. Each time I've gone there, I've noticed customers repeating their orders due to the background noise from the fans and kitchen, which can be louder than the conversations at the counter. This is definitely a design flaw. If they were to reposition the menu boards, the overall experience would improve significantly.

When I asked if the dinners were fresh, the employee got rude and just focused on taking my order and money. I told him I’d check the food before paying. Then the manager came to the window and refused to open a 6-piece wings bag just to cook 4 wings. The drive-thru service was extremely slow. It took an excessive amount of time for them to prepare the food. After placing her order and making the payment, we had to wait in a separate line to receive our meals. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. They constantly claim they're out of items simply because they’re too lazy to prepare them. This location is out of original chicken at least three days a week. It honestly should be closed down for good.
Order crispy chix sandwich tonight, supposed to be cooked to order, BARELY lukewarm. I love this sandwich, stop going to my pleasure chix place for several reasons, but disappointed with tonight 's sandwich. Do it right or don 't do it.
I went to KFC to try the Beyond Chicken nuggets, which are made from plants, and I was really impressed by their texture and taste. If I hadn’t known they were plant-based, I would have thought they were regular chicken nuggets.
lol this is like the half of the size of the usual kfc famous bowl and all three of those I have ordered are so. they shorten me to all so that they no longer have to smh.
