When I asked for assistance, they brought over a relative of theirs who worked there. She informed me that they couldn’t make honey BBQ wings, only spicy ones. I then found out that the price for 24 wings was $34, even though the menu clearly stated $23.99. When I questioned the price increase, she explained that they only offered hot wings. I told her I saw that on the menu, but she still didn't seem to understand my concern. I visited this restaurant for the first time since before the pandemic. The place looks clean, but the food was just average. The service could use some improvement; it was a bit slow and somewhat disorganized. At least three orders were incorrect, including mine. The staff at the counter seemed unsure about how to address the mistakes in the cash register, and even the manager didn’t know how to resolve them. Despite these issues, the staff remained friendly. I would suggest giving it a shot, but don’t expect it to live up to the good old days of KFC.

This is one of the cleanest KFCs I've ever visited, which speaks volumes for NYC. The restaurant is well-organized and has a welcoming vibe. The chicken was exceptionally fresh and cooked just right. The staff were friendly, and the food was served hot, which is a pleasant change from many other KFCs that only provide lukewarm meals. This will definitely be my preferred KFC; I feel like I'm getting good value for my money here.

To complicate things further, a very heavyset woman attempted to charge me $34 for 24 wings, despite the menu clearly displaying the prices. There was definitely a lot of confusion at the restaurant.
People standing on line was still wearing masks, but for the first time since the pandemic started you could actually sit and eat. The tables were not roped off. The food was excellent as always oh, they were little busy so it took a little bit before the food was ready but it was worth it. Location I went to on Crossbay Boulevard in Howard Beach is always one of the cleanest locations for this restaurant.
This KFC is one of the cleanest I've been to, especially for NYC. The place is neat, well-arranged, and inviting. The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, and my meal arrived hot, unlike many other KFC locations where the food is often just lukewarm. I'll definitely be coming back here. On top of that, I felt safe, which is always a great plus!
This restaurant tends to get busy during dinner hours, regardless of the day, but the service is still quite good. It's also the only KFC in the vicinity, with the nearest one located all the way across Queens.

The parking was adequate, and the service was satisfactory. The restaurant was clean; however, the food quality was underwhelming, resembling processed fare. I likely won't be coming back anytime soon.
