Worst customer service ever! They played all the time when I placed my order so much that they could not even read the order correctly. I asked for a potcake and they had no I was ready to wait....if I got into the window, they read the order back, but it wasn't right. When I corrected her, she got an attitude with me that rolled her neck. I just told her to cancel the entire order and went to the Fairfield site where I had no problem and customer service was on point. Kfc was my first job and we could never let our customers play alone with disregard and not have our products together.
The manager was loud and rude. We repeated the order twice got to the window for her to still not know what we ordered. After telling her AGAIN once we got the food She still gave us something totally different that I didn?t notice until we got home. Atthat point we didn?t even want the food anymore we just threw it away. It?s time for a new staff. This is the worst location.
I love the KFC chicken sandwich I got the spicy sandwich and it was delicious I would choose their sandwich at any time via McDonald?s and Popeyes chicken sandwich. So I do not believe in publishing food photos when I enjoy my meal, the comments speak for themselves.
Sandwich was luke warm and very small and dry NOT the new chicken Sandwich. My fries were hot but very salty. They didn't provide sauce for the fries. I do not recommend this store or the mashed potatoes you can Tell they just add water and the wait was long.

I went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience with the young lady working there. She was quite rude and refused to give me additional napkins or ketchup, insisting that I would have to pay extra for them.
It's always the same issue: you order something, and before you know it, they give you whatever they want. It's just frustrating when you open the bag and are met with a surprise.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The food was dry, and when I mentioned it to a staff member, they told me to just go home and cook for myself.
The customer service I received was terrible; the chicken was overcooked and dry. To make matters worse, an employee actually told me to go home and cook instead.
