We ordered online and waited until the appropriate time to pick up. I pulled to the drive thru where no one was waiting before I could say anything more than I am picking up the person said nuh uh, you gotta come in for that . We went in and were told she was getting it started. No air inside, feel bad for the workers. They were carrying what appeared to be frozen water balloons to stay cool. Of the 5 employees one was scooping the sides together for our order. I ordered a two-piece dark meat original but received an oddly shaped extra crispy "breast" instead—it was just one piece, not two. I wasn't informed that my order couldn't be fulfilled as requested. Additionally, I don't understand why I was given six packets of hot sauce and five ketchup packets for a famous bowl and just two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes. Oh, and it was 4:15 PM, and I was the only customer in the drive-thru.

Worst service in town. Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered from this KFC through Uber Eats and it was the worst mistake. They didn't include any sides with my meals, and the food was very cold. They also got my order wrong. Overall, it was a complete mess and I'm really unhappy with the experience.
