The most wonderful custom service I've ever received. I came through the trip thru at 6 pm during a busy dinner service made my order, but when I got into the window, they had to put more chicken for extra crispy. The worker apologised politely for the expected 15 min waiting and offered me a 10% discount on the inconvenience. He even went so far to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy. We dined inside. It was a few minutes after 4. Inside was absolutely filthy. We waited and waited for the people in front of us to get their fries before we could give our order. Why ? I'm guessing the same reason it took 2 employees to figure out adelivery order. This location is in desperate need of repairs or remodeling. All the benches were ripped and chairs are nterrible shape.

They're not too fast, but that's okay if it's hot fresh and tasty and great customer service. By far the best KFC in Minnesota I was so far.
