Waited 20 minutes as I watched the staff do nothing, The customer ahead of me was very upset that she had been waiting 25 minutes and she had to go back to work. She asked for a refund and waited for several minutes without being helped. She finallyleft without the food or the refund. I didn't get my food for another 5 minutes . Very Poor service. I won't be returninghere, they don't deserve my business.
great customer service very friendly staff. must go they want to quickly fresh friendly service I would go here I traveled from fallriver ma here so that shows them something. I'm not sure what went wrong during my visit, but my experience at the drive-thru was a mess. They accidentally handed my order to the car in front of me, and after the driver opened it and touched everything, he returned it. The most frustrating part was when I got to the window and they tried to give me that same bag!

KFC, what can I say? Great prices, hot food, and a speedy drive-thru. The staff is consistently fast and efficient, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders. Their fries are really delicious!
Everytime I am here for lunch there is a female manager that is absolutely disgusting in the way she talks to and berates the employees. Do better, the employees don?t deserve that kind of treatment.
