Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food, but when I reached the window, I encountered a young woman who clearly dislikes her job and took it out on customers. She tossed the bag of food at me without even a greeting. After that, she handed me my card and my drink, but still didn't say thank you or wish me a nice day. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this KFC. They really need to create a better work environment for their staff. It’s just disappointing.
I went in to find out about a large meal order. Mgr said call two days in advance. I did and got a price of $55.00stopped in morning of to verify size of large sides and Ordered 1 more gravy said I would be back at 3 to pick up.Brother and sister went to pick it up no order!! Lucky I gave my siblings the list of what the order was.They charged them $69.50! And gave them no biscuits!! So the extra gravy was $15.00 plus biscuits! Won’t do that again!
Many have noted that they are using old, stale food that isn't fresh, and it could make someone ill. I will never return to this location, and I will be contacting the health department. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I used to love KFC, but not anymore.
Every time I go there, there's always an issue with my order. I tried their new wraps and specifically requested no mayo on my honey barbecue wrap, but they didn't include any barbecue sauce at all—just chicken, pickles, and the wrap itself.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and it came with four chicken strips on a bun! It had just a tiny bit of white sauce, but spicy? Not at all! McDonald’s makes a better chicken sandwich than this.
I purchased chicken tenders yesterday, and they appeared to be ripped apart to fill the 12-piece bucket. This is a really unappealing way to serve chicken. I was quite disappointed.
I ordered chicken wings last night, and they looked like they were just hastily thrown together for the 12-piece serving. It was such a poor presentation! I was really disappointed.
