This location was terrible. 2 days ago I ordered 4 whole wings and have been sick ever since with signs of food poisoning. The chicken looked ok on the outside but the taste was dry and possibly old. I really don't think the chicken was fresh and may have sat for awhile. I know my claims may be disputed but I challenge the Management of that location and possible the local health department to inspect this restaurant, follow up and make sure the employees there are complying with the handling of all food/health codes.
I ordered a 4-piece original chicken meal, and I have to say it was utterly disappointing. The skin wasn't even crispy; it had the texture of a mushy mess that seemed to have just melted away. I was so frustrated and disheartened that I didn't even bother asking for a refund. The only redeeming part of the meal were the fake mashed potatoes. If there were an option to give no stars, I would take it.
I visited around 6 PM when dinner was busy, and everything I had was old and stale! My biscuit was hard, and the chicken tasted like it had been prepared ages ago. It felt like the food had been cooked at least five hours earlier. It was really disappointing that everything seemed outdated. I don’t think I’ll return.
Orderd famous bowl no corn and got corn in the bowl. Called about it and was just told to call door dash......where's the customer service. What if people are allergic to corn. Then I have to wait another 2 hours for food?

The chicken has been too salty the last two times I ordered. They should have an official from the company come and conduct a quality test. Service: Takeaway.
The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally efficient and upheld a great standard of cleanliness. Food: 5/5.
$5 difference between 2 pieces and 3 pieces. $10 for a 3 price delicate combo when it used to $5food: 1/5
They should include more nuggets in the Famous Bowls, as the nuggets really boost the flavor.
