I just left the restaurant after ordering a seven-piece meal, and I had a very unpleasant experience. The manager was extremely rude. I requested fresh chicken instead of the old chicken that had clearly been sitting out all day, and she reacted by slamming things around. When I pointed out that the chicken she put in my box was old, she insisted it was just cooked, but I could see that it wasn’t. I expressed my disappointment because I was waiting specifically for fresh chicken. I don’t understand why she had to get an attitude about it. I definitely won't be going back.

KFC was spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, which was a bit disappointing. However, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the team was so pleasant and had a wonderful attitude. Just please try to avoid overcooking the chicken next time! I would definitely return for the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese—they were fantastic! The menu offers some great options worth trying.
I always visit this KFC when I'm working in Irvington, but I hadn't been there in about a year. When I finally decided to go back, I found the food to be stale, as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time. I would rate it 1 out of 5.

I often stop by this KFC when I work in Irvington, but I hadn’t been there for almost a year. When I finally came back, I was disappointed—the food tasted stale. It was clear the chicken had been sitting in the warmer for far too long.
Of all thing the one thing they never seem to have ready is chicken. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins to be told there was a 10 min wait on chicken. I just left to go find something else to eat.
They have the best extra crispy dishes—so good and fresh! They open around 10:30, and it's so tasty that I went back the next day. The service is also great!
Shut this place downnnn!!! Everything is nasty and not fresh, just old hard and greasy!!!! Selling old food is not good business!!!!
