I highly doubt there are any Chinese people in the kitchen. The food tastes like it was made by someone trying to recreate Chinese cuisine without any understanding. I ordered chicken and broccoli, and it was completely bland. The chicken was white and lacked any flavor or appeal, almost like shredded chicken without seasoning. My boyfriend got General Tso's chicken, and his chicken was also white. Where is the sauce or any sign of color? It definitely doesn’t seem authentic to me. If this is indeed real chicken, I’d rather have a proper meal than this. I won’t be coming back here again, and to top it off, some of the rice was undercooked.
I recently moved to the area from NYC and was a bit unsure about ordering from here at first. However, the reviews convinced me to give it a try. I just placed my order, and it was ready in five minutes. I have to say, my shrimp and broccoli with white rice is incredibly hot, fresh, and delicious! This will definitely be my go-to takeout spot.
It was my first time trying Jade Garden Chinese food since I recently moved to the area and i love it. The food and ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the proportions were more than enough. Thanks Jade Garden for serving great and tasty food , i only wished you guys delivered.
This establishment leaves much to be desired. The staff member I encountered had a really unpleasant attitude, and the food was quite disappointing. I’m surprised this place is still in business. The community should come together to address this and consider shutting it down.

Food is alright but the customer service is complete trash. Don't bother trying to call ahead cause they won't make it until you show up. You ask any question they don't comprehend properky they will won't answer you and just ignore. Trash
Foods usually really good but sometimes it's not made on time. You can call ahead and place your order which is great but they don't deliver unfortunately.

The kitchen appears to be extremely unclean; I definitely wouldn't recommend dining here.
