The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. I even heard one of the staff members swearing and grumbling about a customer who was simply asking a basic question. My husband and I ordered five items but only received four after a 15-minute wait. It would have been fine if they had at least let us know they were waiting for something to be prepared, but they said nothing. One of the employees made a point to avoid us every time we had a question, even for something as simple as requesting sauce, which they never offered us. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.
Be sure to double-check your order before leaving! I've ordered twice and both times only got half of what I paid for. It’s frustrating to have to return during my lunch break to pick up the missing items. The orders are small, so getting them right shouldn’t be a problem. They definitely need to hire more attentive staff who care about their work. How difficult is it to glance at the receipt and confirm everything is in the bag? The food tastes good, but it’s not worth losing my lunch break over incomplete orders.
During the night shift, I experienced rude behavior for no reason. I arrived around 7 PM and ordered an 8-piece for me and a friend. The woman at the register was friendly, but the thin brunette who brought out the order had a bad attitude. She placed the food on the counter, paused for a few seconds, then announced the order with noticeable attitude. When we told her to have a nice night as we picked up the order, she responded with a dismissive "mhm," which felt uncalled for.
I regret to say that I've experienced some disrespectful behavior from the staff at this restaurant. They come across as unfriendly, often neglecting to greet customers or show appreciation. This attitude is not appropriate for a customer service setting and reflects negatively on the business. I've been there several times, but I often feel like a burden, even though I've never voiced any complaints. I cannot recommend this restaurant, particularly for people of color.

I visited the Henrietta location and, unfortunately, my experience with the service was very disappointing. A staff member was disrespectful and rude; she slammed my cup down on the counter. When I went through the drive-thru, the same girl was loudly talking on her cell phone. Her behavior was excessively disrespectful in that setting as well. It was so frustrating that I didn’t even end up receiving my order. This occurred on November 26, 2022, at 6:30 PM.
I stopped by to grab a few items and ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for just three things. They forgot the fries, and then, without wearing any gloves, they proceeded to eat chicken right in front of me before finally putting the fries into the bag.
Very good spot for crispy chicken . Only thing was I tried new Mac and cheese with chicken and was not good at all so please work on this because these are 2 things people love, Mac and cheese, chicken TY.
Chicken was meaty and delicious! Be careful! My 8 pieces chicken order price was for chicken only. Pages were a la carte and not the traditional sizes. It was fast, friendly and my order was right.
