The staff is incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. Even the manager, who I expected to be more helpful, was unkind. I've been a regular customer at this restaurant, visiting at least twice a week, but I won't be returning anymore. I've forwarded my complaints to corporate as well. It's disappointing that we pay for such poor customer service. They don't seem to understand that if we stopped buying their food, the restaurant would eventually go out of business. We are the ones who pay your salary, yet we’re treated this way!

I ordered two sandwiches but only got one. They also tend to shortchange you on the fries. Why spend $6 for a large fry when they give you a medium box that's only half full?
I ordered a breast/wing combo, I was told, it would be a 16 minute wait, it was a 40 minute wait. I had to go inside the restaurant 2 times to check on the order !!!!

Not so friendly staff...sounded rude. Food wasy oily, tatsed like junk food. Lost interest on KFC after eating here. No dine in facility.
Terrible. Long line outside so we went inside for them to scream they were not taking orders after we waited about 10 minutes.
I ordered an 8-piece bucket and was disappointed to discover that it had 7 dry drumsticks and only 1 thigh, all for $25.
They really need to hire additional cooks because the chicken is overcooked and ends up dry as firewood.

I dined there and unfortunately, it made me unwell. All I wanted was some chicken tenders.
They really have chicken or slaw not quite sure how they stay open.. but I love the song
