Management needs to be more visible. The cashier seemed disinterested, possibly distracted by an AirPod, spoke in a barely audible tone, and was incredibly slow. I've been waiting far too long, and I've seen other customers leaving while those still waiting grow frustrated and cancel their orders. This is not in line with the KFC standard. If someone doesn’t want to work, they shouldn’t be there! I placed my order at 10:22 and didn’t get my food until 10:49, and then the cashier just walked away.
The food is tasty, but I'd really appreciate it if they could serve my grilled chicken fresh. The last time I ordered, I specifically requested 12 grilled legs, and the staff assured me that they had just come out. However, when I got home, I found only 3 legs in my order. It would be great if they could at least fulfill half of a customer's specific request.
I've come to the conclusion of knowing I won't be truly satisfied at KFC anymore. Grew up on the chicken, but the quality/taste had changed. I've tried to still come on/off with hopes it will be great again... but no. Best thing is the coleslaw. Customerservice is okay to good depends on whose at the window.
I haven 't been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken store in years. I got a taste for some Finger Licking Good Golden KFC chicken, but man was I DISAPPOINTED. The chicken was dark grease and tasted 2 or 3 days old. I remember when they thru out chicken that wasunsold at the end of the day.

Went for Dinner about 8pm. ALL My Food was hot and fresh down to the biscuits and on top of that the manager and staff was friendly. Didn't have to ask for a thing as far as condiments and utensils it was already in the bag.
Customer service was great, the Mac and cheese bowl was ok if you like popcorn chicken...I brought strips with mines and glad I did. Macaroni and cheese was on point loved it.
The KFC menu may not offer the same taste of original chicken as it did years ago, but it remains a tasty option.
