Do not visit this restaurant. The staff is extremely slow, lacking in customer service, and the total waiting time was 20 minutes. We had our baby in the car and went through the drive-thru, where the order lady said it would take 7 minutes. However, the lady at the pay station said 8 minutes. We waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes with no progress. When I went to inquire about the delay, nobody greeted me even though they were not busy. The employees appeared to be moving sluggishly with no sense of urgency, despite there being 5 other customers waiting. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a KFC. I requested fresh fries and was told to park and wait for 3 minutes. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and stale when we finally got them. It was truly disgusting. I regret not checking them before leaving the restaurant. The photos say it all. We will not be returning and I recommend others to go elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

The restaurant continues to attract customers in low-income areas by serving affordable food, ultimately benefiting the owners financially. However, the menu options often lead to health issues such as diabetes and heart disease for the customers.

If your looking for a quick meal. Has meal deals. Not the same meal deals as NZ. Same prices as NZ. If you have tasted KFC you have tasted them all. It was ok for the one day we had it.
