I ordered through DoorDash, mind you, if a place is open, you can place an order. My first Dasher, she left so I took that as a bad sign. Sure enough, a second Dasher came to the location, waited a while, pulled off, and I guess called DoorDash to cancel my order. I didn?t get a reason why, but based on these reviews, either they didn?t have chicken or decided to close earlier whatever. It was a blessing in disguise I didn?t get food here but it?s pathetic that I couldn?t get food even though they are open.
Service is literally terrible. When you pull up to the window I?m sure some unprofessional employee will make it seem like your disturbing their soap opera. And don?t think about your order for two seconds or you?ll get yelled at like you?re a grade school kid. Pretty ridiculous honestly. They might even have you waiting at the window to even take your payment and ignore as they pass the window multiple times. The horrible service possibilities are ENDLESS!
A few days ago, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a colleague, and I must highlight how wonderful our cashier, Ros, was! She was exceptionally friendly and genuinely contributed to our enjoyable experience. Usually, I eat quite a bit since I'm always on the move, and I've encountered average service at other establishments, so I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received here. Every time I go through the drive-thru the staff is rude and incredibly slow. The food has come out stale and many times missing items like biscuits and cookies. Several times when getting delivery from the restaurant they are out of the most basic of chicken items. This is a horrible location that needs completely new staff and better management. You?re better off trying your luck at the zaxbys next door

Unprofessional workers. The lady was brutally rude for no obvious reason. I made every sense that she doesn't understand a simple protocol or real English. I'll never order from this place again. No wonder the reviews are terrible. I'm glad I got my refund!!!
I went through the drive-thru today, and Bobbie handled our order from start to finish exceptionally well. We were in a hurry to grab food for game day, and everything—from the order to the food and service—was perfect. Thank you, Bobbie!
The new white drive through guy is really nice. But there is always a wait at this location and I?m confused is KFC not having biscuits with the meals anymore? What is this a hoagie bread? I?m disappointed.
Terrible location? very rude employee who took the order, and she even cured on the microphone. When I came into the window, I was told that no order was entered for me. Unbelievable!
