Unreal! I ordered online for pickup at the drive through hoping to avoid some of the issues mentioned in other reviews. After submitting my order I was informed it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. That was an HOUR AGO! I am still waiting. I was in the lineup which appears they have to make everything as it is being ordered...so someone orders and the move ahead while we all wait for them to make their order and on to the next. 4 cars ahead if me and I sat for 20 minutes. Informed the girl at the order spot that I was picking up an online order, she confirmed my name and said ok drive up. When I finally got to the window I was asked to park in the lot because my order was not made and...
This place is a disaster. Far from being a regular KFC customer and the Parry Sound franchise makes that easy. Let me recount my last few attempts to get the 11 herbs and spices. closed at 6pm despite signage being 7pm next day, closed indefinitely sign on door drive thru only but 25 mins on parking lot waiting after ordering sign on drive thru, dining room only, and another wait closed earlier than signage again open but no chicken, not wait for chicken to be cooked, literally no chicken. 2.5 hrs before closing. Just close this location for good and stop teasing.
Came through drive thru. Spent 38 dollars here today. Buying 3 twister wraps and a popcorn chicken. Sign states 9 dollars a wrap, charged 12 each wrap. Not to mention a twister wrap from kfc should be twister sauce, 2 tenders, lettuce and tomato. Here in parry sound they over charge you and only give you one tender no tomatoes. So I’m very disappointed for spending almost $40 dollars on 3 chicken tenders wrapped in lettuce. This should be illegal. Atrocious id say.
KFC can be hit or miss. The staff didn't seem to prioritize providing fast drive-thru service, even though their dining area was closed that day. In comparison, you get more meat on the bones at Popeyes. My main issue was that I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes past the estimated time, only to wait an additional 20 minutes at the drive-thru window for my order. Reserva una mesa ahora
KFC isn’t my top choice, but this location really impressed me. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the chicken was not greasy at all. The service was quick as well. I’ll definitely be returning. I honestly don’t get all the negative reviews—it's disappointing to think that they might reflect a narrow-minded attitude in the town. I highly recommend this KFC.
The store was not open. We were told by someone waiting for him to be open at 3. Later we were told by a friend who had tried to buy 2 meals that they were told to the shop that was not open until 1:00. So we have 3 different times when you include the time displayed on the website!???? Does anyone know when this franchise is?
If I could give zero Stars I would. Ordered 3 of their Tuesday specials and one box was raw chicken! Bit into it to find blood and spit it out right away. Called the location their compensation is a free Tuesday special box meal. Currently have food poisoning. Double check your chicken is cooked before eating.
You are forced to go through drive-through, doors are locked. Sit in your car with the family to eat. Pieces were so small that they cut thighs and breast in half. prices are high for greasy food.
