I don't even know where to start. I ordered a 12 piece with Mac and cheese mash and gravy and fries and a 6 piece honey bbq wing. This also came with the free bagged beverage. They did not have green beans or jelly. My 6 piece wing was not in my bagwhen I arrived home. I live over 30 minutes away so it was no point to call in to get the wings or to turn around and goback. The biscuit was dry as dirt The Mac and cheese taste like dish water. The fries were old and cold. The chicken had noseasoning at all on it. I had a mixed bucket with original and crispy. Customer service here is trash. I waited 30 min for my food after ordering inside. The cashier was rude, the manager was rude, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and watching as other customers came in, pay their money and be treated rudely was disgusting. I was excited going in to get my food and left out thinking i will never spend another dime in this location. If i wasn't hungry i would have asked for my money back and left. The drive through customers were the only customers being served so I'm guessing that is the only means of productivity being measured here. Don't waste your money or time here.. A very disappointed paying customer.
I ordered meals that included fries, but they were hard as rocks. When my drinks arrived, they were lukewarm because they were out of ice! Management really needs to pay attention to their customers. If the ice machine is broken, they should either provide ice or let customers know. Decisions made by management should aim to properly serve their customers, but I didn't feel taken care of at all. Customers should have the choice to decide if they want their soda without ice. Also, it's perfectly fine to discard old fries. I wish I had noticed this before I got home. I genuinely feel like I wasted my money.
The order taker and the drive-thru she was so nice and policy and attentive but whoever prepared the order didn't give a rats behind I asked for a small pieces of original and they just threw the biggest dark meat died that they had in there I know nexttime to check my food before I just pull off but she was so nice I put trust in her a base my trust on what on her personalitybut the person who prepared my order should be ashamed of themselves

Dirty! employees are rude, ignored a customer doing a pre-interview at front counter during lunch hours holes in bathroom walls and dirty bathrooms and dining room drink station no straws soda everywhere only a few lids all tables dirty spilled soda on table seat and floors and was charged 24.00 plus for 2 people to eat in that dump thanks but not thanks I won't be back and that's if it survives health dept. Inspection
The team member Kameya at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and just down right nasty practically through my order at me the whole time she seemed to be arguing with another team member very unprofessional. I wish there was a option to give ZEROstars. I was there on 09/29/2022 at 4:38 I will never visit this location again
The food was excellent! I placed my order through the mobile app for pickup, but it unexpectedly changed my pickup time by 20 minutes. Since I was 30 minutes away when I ordered, I had to wait for my food. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star rating.
I orderd a 3 piece git a 2 piece that look like a raven wing its not cool. Shut it diwn if this is what you got to offer and real talk i am not even upset do better

My experience at KFC was great, and I received my order quickly. The menu had plenty of tasty options to choose from.
Food is still delicious but prices limit my affordability and visits as a patron.
