The dining room was closed and locked, with no signs directing customers for mobile orders. As a result, I had to wait in a long drive-thru line. When I finally got to the order box, the staff told me to leave the line and use the side door instead. They explained that corporate didn't permit them to put up signs indicating that there was an unlocked door on the other side of the building. Seriously, Corporate? This is absurd. Why is a helpful sign not allowed? You should be supporting your franchisees, not making things harder for them.
The chicken was undercooked and too fatty for my taste. The fruit left much to be desired and was overly diluted. The only part of the meal I enjoyed were the potatoes; the gravy was passable, but the dish as a whole felt lacking. On a positive note, the customer service was good, and I appreciated the polite and friendly staff. I also liked that at KFC, they fill your cups with ice and juice even before you reach the drive-thru—it's a nice touch.

Today, there were three or four older gentlemen working, and they were really putting in the effort to handle all the orders. They were very kind and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my large order. I really appreciate their hard work!
I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but I have to say that the KFC sandwich was even better. I really loved that chicken sandwich—it's nice and thick, and so juicy!
Every time I go, the food is incredible! The pot pies are consistently tasty, the wings are always perfect, and the mac and cheese is outstanding.
