Every time I visit this restaurant, my order seems to get messed up. I've tried giving the new owners several opportunities to improve, but they consistently make mistakes. For example, this morning I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel with crispy bacon, along with a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel for my dad. Instead, I received a sandwich with undercooked bacon, and the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was missing the egg altogether. This may be the worst Manhattan Bagel location I've ever visited. I placed an online order, but when I got there, I was told they were out of the bagels I had requested. The ones I received were clearly stale and barely warm, despite my request for them to be toasted. If I hadn’t been in such a rush, I would have checked them and refused to take them, but I just grabbed the bag and left. The coffee was also hardly warm. It’s no surprise that this location has a low rating. If you can’t provide fresh bagels, customers should be informed. This really needs to be addressed.
I ordered online and we got it delivered to our house. Both of our sandwiches were dry and the bagels weren't toasted or even warm at. Tbh the bagel itself tasted just like dry bread. It was a struggle to swallow got stuck in our throats it was so dry. Hardly any pork roll and egg on it too. We only ate it cuz we were starving. Terrible quality. Unsatisfying.
A bagel with cream cheese shouldn't cost six dollars, especially when there was barely any cream cheese on it. To top it off, the bagel was burnt, and the staff was rather unfriendly. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the overpriced and subpar food, leaving me feeling like I wasted both my time and money.

My mom and I ordered our food just ten minutes before closing, and when we arrived, it was already prepared and ready for us. It was really considerate of them to stay open for us! The bagel with tuna and onion was fantastic! I haven't had such a delicious bagel in ages. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Delicious and great service! The food is incredible every time I come here. Whether they have 2 or 20 people in line, they have the same great service. They have a very efficient team.

I could rave about my love for Manhattan Bagel, but the fact that I visit nearly every day for a tasty breakfast sandwich speaks volumes.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! Everything is consistently fresh, and the service is outstanding.
