This by far is the worst KFC restaurant I have been to. (a) The toilets were so untidy and almost flooded with toilet water... (b) customer service was not up to scratch. (c) the music was so loud it was like walking into a night club.The male that served me on the evening shift on Friday 24th July 2015 was not only rude but he also got my order wrong. I ordered 3 five star box meals to take away however, 2 out of 3 boxes were missing chips. The benches were filled with flour and he was not wearing gloves when handling food. Nor was he using anything to scoop the popcorn chicken into the box. Instead he used the popcorn chicken box as a scoop then used his fingers to squish the popcorn chick...
Thnakfully there was no loud music as one of the previous TA reviewers had complained about.The female staff member was fast to serve me my A$6.95 unadvertised 'Streetwise' two pieces of chicken with chips and a can of Pepsi.The restaurant only has about 15 seats with some in booth style.The dining experience was not as good as it could be due to a sliding door that kept opening whenever someone walked in or out, accompanied by a cold blast of air as at 12 noon it was fairly chilly for Melbourne.There were quite a few drive in customers who did not eat in the restaurant.The unisex toilet was clean, so that too has improved compared with a previous review below, but because of the continual b...
I only ended up going to this restaurant because I was really hungry on our way to the Drive-In Cinema and found out that Hungry Jack's was closed. I usually don't like KFC because the ones near me are not great, but I was desperate and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with this particular store! I would be willing to give KFC another chance now, just not the ones in Melton. The food was good.
I used one of the kiosks to place my order at the restaurant. After waiting for 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. When I asked about it, I was informed that they hadn't even started cooking my order. I requested a refund, but they were unable to process it. Additionally, the tables and the restaurant itself were in a filthy state, with unclean tables and a dirty floor.

I called into the Coburg KFC for a snack today. It was really busy, but the service is good. I like KFC, it's an affordable snack and you can rely on the quality. The drive-in window was very busy, The KFC's position on Bell Street, the great artery linking east and west Melbourne, is very convenient and must bring in a lot of business.
So hungary , and the smell of chicken , standing in line and the people behing the counter are having some in-private joke,they look and say , one moment. After ten minutes waiting patiently we left and went to immediate food service.
I don't typically leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this restaurant. It is the cleanest Kentucky Store I've ever visited, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The experience was absolutely amazing.
The KFC in Bell St Coburg does a brisk trade, especially around lunchtime. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. KFC is better than average fast food, I often drop in when I'm in the area.

Shocking.. Place wasn't clean, toilets weren't clean. The soda was ice cold but In the absence of anything else positive ill leave it there..
We know their food is alrightBut this particular store is mismanaged.
