**PLEASE READ**: I ordered a family meal today and was shocked to find that the price had gone up to $35! While I understand that we are experiencing inflation, the staff here seemed to lack respect for paying customers. When I got home and opened the bucket of chicken, I was horrified to see that the pieces looked like they had been used to clean the floors! I quickly repacked everything and rushed back to the restaurant to demand a full refund. This experience explains the laughter I heard coming from the kitchen while I was waiting for my order at the drive-thru. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
The manager, Shelly, truly goes above and beyond. She is incredibly pleasant and professional, always ensuring that your order is accurate and the food is freshly prepared. This KFC location is the best in Florida. The food is consistently hot and delicious. We visit at least four times a month. We especially enjoy their macaroni and cheese, as well as the well-seasoned green beans. We actually pass by two other KFCs just to come here because of the great menu and quality.
I used to rely on Kentucky Fried Chicken for a satisfying meal, but that’s no longer true. The chicken was overly breaded, and the coating was falling off and seemed soggy. This used to be my favorite spot for tasty fried chicken, but I can find better options at Publix. The biscuits were stale and hard, making them impossible to eat. It feels like quality isn’t a priority anymore. Moving forward, I’ll be getting my chicken from somewhere else.
The KFC 5-piece Tenders Big Box offers mouthwatering chicken tenders. The mac and cheese was excellent, and I really enjoyed their biscuits, although I was disappointed that I didn't receive both biscuits I ordered. The Chicken Little sandwiches are quite tasty and perfectly sized. This KFC consistently provides great food without any problems, aside from the missing biscuit. I will definitely order from them again.

The popcorn chicken is always a hit. The fries are excellent, tasting fresh and crispy as if they just came out of the fryer. The drive-thru employee is very friendly, with a great attitude and outstanding customer service.
The chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty. We went through the drive-thru, and I have to say, the chicken is juicy and tender. The sandwich is also quite filling.
The food arrived hot and was well-packaged. However, I found the chicken nuggets to be too salty. Aside from that, the DoorDash delivery went smoothly.
The food was fantastic! Every time I place an order, it's always fresh and hot. Thank you, KFC! Because of you, I never have to eat at Popeyes.

They forgot to include gravy with the mashed potato. Other than that, the chicken was fresh.
