I have such fond memories of KFC from back when I was in my teens. Their menu has literally exploded so that we pull up on my quest for that elusive perfect fast food fried chicken sandwich, and boom--what do I see? A cheeseburger ad. We got their fried chicken sandwich. One bit and I spit it back out. Bone dry, no moistness, barely any condiments whatsoever, and not sure if there was an option for cheese, but we didn't get it. Just bland and barely any breading to speak of. The coleslaw was the hands down favorite here--it's tangy and consistently good. Inside clean and sterile, and service efficiently friendly.
I've been going to this restaurant for my lunch breaks occasionally. At first, the food was amazing, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly lately. Every time I've visited in the past few months, the chicken has been old, bland, and dry. Today, it was almost inedible. I'm not sure if there are new staff members or if something else is affecting the quality, but I doubt I'll return anytime soon. It's just not worth spending money on food that I can’t enjoy.
If you're in the mood for some homemade-style chicken but prefer not to cook, KFC has been your go-to since the mid-60s! Despite rising prices on just about everything, KFC still offers a budget-friendly option. I used to find their prices a bit high, but now that many other fast-food chains have increased theirs, KFC’s menu seems like a great value. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious, making it well worth it!
I visited KFC today (06/01/22) and saw that they've opened their lobby to offer a new meal option. However, they still seem to be falling behind other fast-food chains like McDonald's, Carl's Jr., and Burger King. If you're traveling like I am and prefer not to eat in your car, it can be quite frustrating when the lobby is closed.

I think KFC has improved their chicken sandwich, likely in response to competition from Popeye's. However, they still have issues with consistency; one week it tastes excellent, but today it seemed overly salty, as if too much salt had been added to the batter. The staff was quite friendly, so I gave it a rating of 4 stars.
After a long day at work, I pulled up craving some chicken and found myself third in a line of more than 15 cars. The staff were all very courteous and as quick as possible. The person at the window was exceptionally patient when the wind blew my card away as I was trying to pay. Plus, they really serve great KFC.
KFC's chicken and sides have lost their original taste and quality, likely because they keep unsold food longer and use cheaper ingredients from various suppliers. It's better to cook at home or hire someone to prepare delicious, high-quality meals for less money.
The root beer here was meant to be freshly made but ended up tasting bland and flat. I ordered the spicy chicken and mac bowl, but it was drenched in oil, which made it unappetizing.

I've been really enjoying the Sriracha cheese curds lately. The staff is always friendly, and my orders are consistently correct.
The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and served piping hot!
