I'm usually not a review type, but that was really bad. My visit started on the counter with very slow service. Lady behind the counter overheard all three customers who were in front of me and messed them up. On average, while a ride... through the customer came with open food to get it back because they don't get what she wants, and Burger was raw... When I finally ordered 10 bad wings and Pepsi, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Why I saw and smelled was absolutely disgusting. I haven't eaten KFC for a long time and not on the west coast. Yesterday I decided to eat a bite here as I was looking for a short meal and I was in the area. Service was great, very professional and... stationary. Location is great, next to Innaloo and Bunnings shopping center. Meal was good I realized I didn't miss KFC and I can go without it for a few years. If you are after a fast bite, it is a good place to stop.
I never had 25 minutes waiting for you. So much for fast food. I open the box up and you have half my order right, but the other half was wrong... the chicken was so tuff and the chips had... cook 2-3 times already and the twist wasn't even wrapped! It tasted less to say the least! KFC must do much better than this to remain open to so much competition.
They expect KFC to get her fried chicken pieces right. The coating should not slip off the chicken with fat. I always ask for chips that are cooked extra, but always get soggy undercooked chips. Most people don't mind waiting for better quality food instead of old, cold ****.
