Every single time I visit this location I leave with items missing from my order, no straws, no utensils, and a horrible customer service experience. Today they forgot 1 of the drinks in my order, stared at us like we had 3 heads when we asked for the missing drink, butter for the biscuits, and utensils to eat our food with. 3 things we shouldn’t have to ask for or receive attitude for asking for them. Do better train your employees better Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Rude service.... missing the biscuit and the stick cup had been overfilled and not wiped off.... one chunk of chicken in the potpie but tons of potatoes. Very disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Management definitely knows how to please. I was surprised by the great service that we received from our colleagues in the lobby. Will definitely return. And we have free ice cream! I think his name was Kenny good guy
