I spent $50 on a 12-piece bucket and some extra sides, but I was immediately suspicious when I arrived at the window to find everything ready so quickly. The side dishes weren’t even filled properly, so there wasn’t enough for everyone like there used to be. The gravy now comes in tiny containers, and the chicken tasted like it had been leftover from the day before—it wasn’t even crispy! Now I understand why they only have a 3.9-star rating. I tried calling to complain, but it just keeps ringing busy every time.
Went a couple days ago they messes up the order and they didn’t wanna correct it until we said we would call higher up and then sent a post card to correct the items they messed up well went in today to get the correct items and the manager amber wanted to give dirty looks the whole time. How are you gonna give dirty looks and be rude when your the one who messed up the items I would have again apologized and had a smile on my face not a dirty look?
The cashier was friendly, but I believe my order was charged incorrectly. I ordered the 12-piece meal, which should cost $25, yet my total was $40! I was rushing to feed my granddaughter, so it was quite frustrating. Could this be due to inflation? I also asked for plates to eat with, but was told they no longer provide them, which seemed strange. Overall, the food wasn’t very hot or fresh.
Just awful. I have finally learned my lesson. I will never visit this particular location again.Missing the fries to one of the meals.Food was COLD and NOT FRESH at all. No doubt that food was sitting for HOURS.My husband said the Sweet Tea was the worst he has ever had. He couldn’t even drink it. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The spicy chicken wraps were tasty, and I enjoyed their coleslaw and biscuits. Parking includes 40 spots. The restaurant offers a family-friendly dining area. It is wheelchair accessible with 4 designated parking spaces and a ramp.
Terrible experience. The chicken tasted stale, like it had been left out all day. The side portions were extremely small, not enough for a family of four, let alone five. A total waste of $50. I will never come back.
I paid way too much for my meal, and they forgot two of my side orders. Spending $50 didn't even get me basic courtesy. It wasn't worth it at all.
This establishment was absolutely unclean! Every table and seat was dirty, and the bathroom was in the same condition!
