My experience at KFC was deeply disappointing. The food fell far below expectations, the staff were unfriendly, and the overall service was lacking. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include chicken nuggets, but none were served—only some unappetizing mashed potatoes. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my dish that definitely wasn’t mine. The food presentation looked unappetizing and was nothing like what I had ordered. On top of that, the meal was undercooked. Although the menu listed the price as $7, I was charged $8 without receiving any change. I definitely would not recommend KFC; it was anything but "finger-lickin' good."
The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. I brought a few of my students with developmental disabilities, and the team was very patient and attentive to their needs. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the staff member who assisted us, but the service we received was outstanding.
I have to be honest—the food at KFC was incredible! However, the staff member at the cash register on Saturday around 4 PM had a really rude attitude. Despite that, the menu offered a great variety of delicious options.
Every time I visit, the chicken is cooked to perfection, and the staff is consistently kind and friendly!
