Traveling through the state, I stopped here for a quick dinner. I missed the entrance because the main KFC sign and the parking lot were NOT lit. This KFC shares a building with another tenant whose location is also NOT lit.. so, it appears abandoned and is easy to miss in the evening. Also, disappointed that I was unable to see the menu board.. Why you may ask? Because the menu board was NOT lit as well, and it appeared severely damaged. I felt bad that the drive thru worker had to clarify and list out some of their menu items to each person in the drive thru line, including my vehicle which delayed ordering. The person working at the drive-thru needs to improve their attitude. There was a man outside using a leaf blower and it made it difficult for my husband to hear as he placed our order. The employee responded with attitude and yelling when we couldn't hear him. This behavior was very unprofessional, from his tone to his words. The food was also disappointing. We ordered mac and cheese but received mashed potatoes instead. He did not pay attention to our order, just gave us whatever he wanted. Save your time and money and avoid this place.
Was like 8:30 PM and they had front door closed. Drive thru kiosk was knocked over and there was a friends truck parked at the pick up window reving engine. Worker said it was someone’s brother. Dirty dirty dirty. Franchisee should be ashamed.
Met some nice people while we all waited over 35mins. I eventually took my money back. They were also out of a lot of items so it wasn't what I really wanted anyway. However they fixed the refund graciously with apology.

I guess extra crispy means burnt on outside and not done in the middle at this KFC. I didn't even bother to eat the Mac and cheese it looked horrible. The biscuit wasn't even done cooking No supper for me tonight!
The cashier was FANTASTIC! She was kind, welcoming, and friendly. The food was hot, but it tasted as if the grease used was old. The restaurant was clean but old. May consider renovation, if possible.
Would not recommend, the toilet was out of order and all staff and customers were using the women's bathroom with no locking doors or paper towels to wash their hands correctly.
The restaurant is dirty. The food was awful and overcooked. The manager's uniform is just as filthy as the dining area.
