The staff at the drive-up window were very friendly. My friend and I spent eleven dollars on two chicken strip meals that each included three large chicken strips, a biscuit, medium mashed potatoes, a chocolate chip cookie, and a medium drink. The food was delicious, and we received a generous amount for the price. I rate this location highly for both service and food quality. Located in Westchester, IL at 31.
James, the manager, leads an outstanding team. If anyone is not doing their job, he promptly addresses the issue right in front of the customers, emphasizing that they are the reason the staff gets paid, without holding any bias. He truly cares about the experience. The restaurant also serves the freshest chicken and plays beautiful music while you dine.
