Having visited this KFC several times and experiencing the same issues, I strongly recommend avoiding it altogether. I've consistently received incorrect orders, so I began asking for receipts and discovered that the orders are being entered incorrectly, which explains the mistakes. Additionally, I noticed that KFC has changed to made-to-order meals, as I've had to wait in front the last few visits. This wouldn’t be a major problem if my original order wasn’t messed up, forcing me to reorder and wait again. Today, I spent a total of 27 minutes at KFC, which is far from fast food and not worth the inconvenience anymore.
This location should be shut down. I tried it 2 months ago and the chicken was old and dry like it sat under heater for hours. I tried to give this location a second chance and had even a worse experience. Not only was the chicken super dry that it was dark brown that I ended up giving it to my dogs. The mashed potatoes and corn made me sick for a day and a half. Nothing like food poisoning to make you never want to go back again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC. They served me the smallest, driest pieces of chicken that tasted incredibly off, almost like cat food. Honestly, I felt like that drumstick came from a pigeon! To make matters worse, the coleslaw portion was only about half of what I usually get, and there was no biscuit included at all. The quality of the menu items this time was truly disappointing.
Food was barely edible, it was either overcooked or has been sitting around for hours. They can 't follow directions. We did online ordering and they messed up with dipping sauces, gave us one packet of ketchup. The dr.pepper was horrible. And these are the same people who think they deserve a living wage. If I did my job they way they do people would be dead.
I was quite disappointed with my visit. I was expecting the chicken to be extra crispy, but it turned out soggy and unappealing. The coleslaw was full of sugar chunks, which was especially problematic for my diabetic mom, who used to enjoy it but now can't tolerate it. It's really sad to see KFC decline like this.
I ordered mashed potatoes and was disappointed to find the gravy on top instead of on the side. When I brought this up, they refused to address my complaint. It's a shame to say that this restaurant is in my town; I would rather drive to other locations. I really hope they improve their management soon.

The day we went they were short staffed(like everywhere) so we had to use the drive through. Food was good as it always is. The 1 person working that day was great, very friendly and enjoyable to work with.
The chicken was slightly overcooked and lacked any seasoning, resulting in a very bland flavor. It was disappointing because the food is usually quite good.
