I do not recommend ordering food through the app at this restaurant. I placed an order for my family and went to pick it up, only to find out that several items were unavailable. Even though I was ready to forgo those items, I was told their system didn't allow for modifications or refunds. Instead, they offered me $15 worth of cinnamon twists as a substitute, which I didn't want. Ultimately, I had to accept my loss and walk away with whatever food they had available, having donated $15 in the process.
I visited Taco Bell for a late dinner after work and ordered two Chili Cheese Burritos with sour cream, plus a Beefy Nacho Griller also with sour cream. Despite only two cars ahead, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru. The staff at the window seemed unfriendly and unapproachable. When I got home, I realized the griller and both burritos were missing the sour cream. On top of that, the burritos were poorly made, with the filling spilling out instead of being properly wrapped.
They were out of beef, which led to a disappointing attempt to substitute for other items on the menu due to missing ingredients. When we asked for complimentary drinks, the manager on duty became defensive and rude, firmly saying no. The customer service and management representation at this location were quite poor. This experience occurred on the evening of Friday, December 9th. Additionally, the recent drive-thru remodel is a complete disaster.
I placed an order using the app and opted for counter pickup to avoid waiting in the drive-thru. When I arrived, I found the doors locked and a long line at the drive-thru without any signage explaining the situation. It’s frustrating, especially since this location was recently remodeled with a second drive-thru lane, which is never open, resulting in the usual backup. They really need to improve their service.

The renovations have greatly enhanced the restaurant's appearance, as well as the parking lot. The addition of a second drive-thru is a fantastic idea, although I haven't seen it in use yet, even when the line stretches beyond the parking lot. Other than that, this Taco Bell usually gets orders right and provides good customer service.
The drive-thru service here is extremely slow. It feels like the employees decide when this location closes. I waited at the drive-thru for 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or even asking me to hold on. I would recommend avoiding this location and opting for the one in Anoka or another nearby location instead.
This Taco Bell location has significantly declined over the past year. The kitchen staff often forgets items and appears indifferent to their work, and when mistakes happen, they blame the customers. For fast, dependable, and friendly service, I recommend the Taco Bell on West Main Street, just five minutes west on Hwy 10.
My son went to pick up our order and was told that we had placed it somewhere else. I sent him a text with the correct address (which was where he was) and saw that our order was just sitting on the counter. When he got home, we realized that the three medium pops were completely missing!

The food arrived cold and lacked appealing presentation. The drive-thru attendant was rather insistent about the tip; while I realize it's part of their role, it felt somewhat excessive. On the upside, the kitchen looked clean, and the other staff were friendly.
