I was really let down by my experience at the KFC in Mount Vernon. The chicken was awful; it clearly had been reheated and was excessively oily. I spent over $35 on what turned out to be subpar chicken. I also asked for condiments at the drive-thru, but when I got home, there were none included. They mentioned they were about to close, which is why I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order, yet the restaurant wasn't closing for over an hour. This is definitely my last visit to that KFC. They've been in business for a long time, but I don't know what has happened to them. A close friend of mine had a similar experience with reheated chicken, so it seems to be a common issue there.

Listen I just walked in looked at the prices. I was so disturbed by the cost of a meal.. Too high!!! I left went to Popeyes for the chicken sandwich that I could afford. Besides my last few meals at KFC hve been nothing but tasteless friedchicken had to return the last meal purchased on Webster Ave. And the KFC located at 145th was no better. What happened to thisestablishment, back in the day this was once the go to spot for a decent meal with satisfaction..Not anymore. 2 Stars for nicepresentation of food

This KFC location was well-maintained, and the customer service was fast and friendly. However, I was surprised to find that the prices were not consistent with their advertisements. Most items were priced about $5.00 higher than the advertised specials, which was concerning. I'm not sure why there was such a discrepancy, but I hope that in the future, the prices at this location will align more accurately with the commercials.

I found my experience to be satisfactory overall. The checkout process was manageable, and the food was okay compared to other KFC locations I've visited across the country, which is why I gave it a full rating. I was really impressed by the customer service, the value of the meal, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Most importantly, the quality of the chicken was excellent. It was delicious, with a crispy exterior and tender interior, and best of all, it wasn’t salty at all. I will definitely return for my bucket of chicken. Great job, KFC!

Today, the girl at the drive-thru was incredibly kind! I felt she deserved recognition because it seems like so few people take pride in their work these days. I truly appreciated her cheerful attitude and eagerness to help, and she was very understanding when I changed my mind.

Has another verity of chicken. The restaurant was founded in 1930. The founder name is Harland Sanders. This place has a great dessert. KFC deliveries are available on GrubHub and Uber Eats. There are four chicken flavours, Nashville Hot, Georgia Gold, Sweet BBQ and Hot Honey.

You always seem to forget something. Initially, I noticed that I was short a piece of chicken—there were only 7 instead of 8. Then they also forgot the dipping sauce. It's frustrating. Come on, KFC, you need to do better with your staff!
