Several times they never say that the product is not available until you paid and they took your food to the window, or you open the package. On 7/15 at around 8:50pm, I placed an order and an tem from the food was missing. The male employee after giving me a lecture on store policy, was even more rude and took my food out of my sight said he was going to fix the problem. When the food was returned to me, he didn't keep his promise and the chicken was torn up. I took it home and feed it to my dog. Horrible customer service and store policy that will not refund you for an item that is not available or take the extra cash to upgrade to another product.

My husband brought home chicken today, always have enjoyed Arcadia KFC but not today! Had 2 meals...idk when they cooked the chicken but it looked refried, almost burnt brown dried out. Should've never been served I'm sure they knew it! Won't bother going back again.

Finally a nice change here. Even though they left out my biscuits on the to-go order.. they were very pleasant. The food was fresh, the employees were nice. Looks like the place got a nice remodel as well.Keep up the great work!

We got a large meal to go (16 pieces/8 biscuits, 4 side dishes. Everything was hot and tasty! Still miss baked beans though! Service was fast! Thank you. Everybody's tummy got full

I was here twice this month. Every time they were there. Staff and management always try to offer new selection and super nice. Just great experience together. Go on!

I know this place is new, but I'm not sure if I understand what takes so long in the ride. We sat there for 35 minutes. Except that everything was good

They refused to make a potato bowl without the chicken, they told me the manager says they aren’t allowed to. What a weird policy.

Great new place in town. Friendly and quick service. Standard fast food prices. Very clean. Love their new pommes.

Delicious chickens. Filling the $20 is the best. The bathroom is also open. That's a bonus.

Food was cold and was told we should of been there sooner when it was hot.
