I recently ordered dinner from Takeout, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the food was disappointing. The flavors were bland, and the dishes did not meet the expectations set by their prices, which range from $50 to $100 per person. It's hard to justify spending that much when the quality was so lacking.
The service was equally frustrating. The staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in helping with my order. Communication was poor, and it took much longer than anticipated to receive my food.

I recently ordered a takeout dinner, and sadly, my experience fell short of expectations. The food was disappointing in both quality and flavor, warranting just one star. The service was also lacking, with several issues that left a lot to be desired. Although the atmosphere isn’t as important for takeout, it still contributed to a generally underwhelming impression.
On a brighter note, there is ample parking, and the lot is free, which is a definite advantage. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
Food is a joke at this point. It’s been a long time since I have had KFC. We decided to get it as a quick meal at the time of the posting and was shocked at how bad the food was. The employee through the biscuits into the bucket with the chicken which didn’t seem like a bad idea at first but was soaked in grease by the time it got home. The chicken itself was almost “soggy”. I don’t live to far but EVERY time I order from here they NEVER give me my other side of Mac n cheese or fries. My kids were super upset. This has happened more then a couple times. I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the chicken was served hot and tasted delicious. I visited for lunch, and the prices were quite reasonable, averaging between $1 and $10 per person. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend it!
For the second time in a row, our food was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were stale and dry, hard to chew so clearly they aren’t putting up fresh food and using old food. We’ve called and complained but the manager was rude and wouldn’t maker it right. We will no longer go to KFC in Jenison. Food: 1
