Awful atmosphere managers are rude and always shouting. The original chicken is always dry and awful. Sometimes the wait times can be over an hour. Rotating staff there are always a new person learning in the. Seen a lady speak to a manager blonde one as her chicken wasn't cooked and the manager exploded and told her to leave the shop. Overall, avoid here, I saw a rat while ordering and canceled my order and will never go back.
This restaurant never seems to get it right. We usually don’t bother asking them to correct our orders. Yesterday, when I got home, I found that half of my box meal was missing. I called to let them know, and they said they would send an email about a replacement, but nothing arrived. This morning, I called again to inform them that I hadn't received the replacement email. I tried calling a few times, but no one answered.
The staff are rude, and the manager is quite abusive. I've seen many responses here suggesting to reach out to the KFC website. I submitted a complaint through their site a while ago, but it seems they are ignoring it. If I ever receive a response, I will update this review. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Went through the drive through earlier today and my sister and I were served my a lovely lady in the pay counter and by a lovely person named Seth when getting our food. They were both so kind and nice and would definitely recommend this place to others
The service was quite subpar, and the food quality was just average compared to most KFCs. The experience was not enjoyable. Food rating: 3/5, Service rating: 2/5, Atmosphere rating: 1/5. Overall, not very impressed.
Numerous times I’ve received the wrong order or items missing, the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.Have ordered through Menulog and had burgers missing from the meal.Wouldn’t recommend
I ordered 15 wicked wings, but I only received 13! Overall, I was very disappointed.
