I just had one of the most unpleasant experience, I can this why this location is always deserted, and almost looks abandoned. Got a number one and all I asked was for one side of ranch. Which the assistant manager ANA replied to me that I couldn't have unless I paid for the single side of ranch . All I did was ask for one side not even two asked for ketchup as well to which she replied I have to pay as well. Needless to say one of the last visits I have to a store that has lost its thriving customer service, and now settles to give customer a mediocre experience. So disappointed. The food was terrible, and the manager's attitude was even worse. The chicken tenders I ordered were extremely dry. When I attempted to return them and choose something else, the manager responded with a big sigh and slumped shoulders. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day; perhaps she had been working from opening until close, and it was late.
I would rate the customer service as a zero! The manager, who appears to be of Pakistani descent, was very rude and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of customer service. I've also seen numerous other reviews mentioning the same individual. KFC, please take action regarding this specific person.
This location does not honor national promotions (which is essentially false advertising). KFC is well-known for letting its franchises choose when they want to participate, and KFC rarely addresses complaints. There are better places to spend your money.

Food is…adequate if not particularly good. Service is terrible and and they’ll mark your order as ready, then when you get there they tell you it’s going to be another 15 minutes and to “come back later”
If u going for the pot pie this your place! Wow it tasty sooo good like it came out of grandmas oven! I can't speak on the other food but that pot pie!
I visited this restaurant twice but left without making a purchase because the staff was unhelpful and had too much attitude.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. The restaurant also needs to be cleaned, as the dining area was not tidy.
