Myself and my wife got the vegan burger,when we sat in the car to eat it i discovered mines was actually still frozen and my wife's was cold. I took them back inside to tell the server who took it into the cooking area where a manager was and as she walked back through she threw our meals in the bin. She said we'll get you 2 fresh burgers,I said the other 2 were meant to have been fresh aswell,she then said my 1st one wasn't frozen,I said it was,she said it wasn't,i said don't treat me like an idiot i know what frozen food is like and told her to check it again,she refused saying she wasn't putting her hand in a bin. Staff were friendly and helpful when being served, food was good and hot!! Place was clean only down fall is that male members of staff were swearing and female staff shouting and screaming, not a peaceful atmosphere to have dinner, this was on Monday 6th November between 5pm and 6.30pm.
