The atmosphere was casual yet elevated, and the service was excellent, perfectly complementing the meal! We visited for lunch to try their prix fixe menu, and we enjoyed a mackerel dish, chicken with pea risotto, and sorbet for dessert. The salty mackerel was well-balanced with the milder flavors of the cake and fennel, and the freshness of the fish was not overpowering. The chicken, cooked sous vide, was very tender, even the breast. There was a generous amount of butter in the risotto, making it incredibly smooth! The crispy parmesan "cracker" was delightful. I sampled several sorbet flavors and must say that the strawberry was definitely my favorite; it might be the best strawberry sorbet...

I’ve dined at many wonderful restaurants over the years, but this one truly stands out among the best. The quality is exceptional. The presentation of the dishes is stunning, and the flavors are even more impressive than their appearance—everything looks fantastic! They also offer a nice selection of wines; I highly recommend trying the Cremont. The desserts created by the chef are outstanding. In fact, everything that comes out of the kitchen is remarkable. It’s one of the rare places where I would be happy to order anything from the menu, knowing it would be both delicious and visually appealing. The chef is incredibly talented. my taste buds have consumed a traditional Scottish menu to inspire them, so I decided to taste a restaurant quality haggis. the haggis was available as an appetizer, but my needs were eaten with an offer of a larger portion than main meal. I crashed the monadh haggis with cream-colored potato, baked salt and red wine-soaking, which was excellent in taste. no description I would ever use for haggis! the combination of the ingredients was perfectly balanced and I liked the unexpected textures, especially the salt-baked and framed kartoffel. I finished with beautiful refreshing lemon sorbet and cream fresh ice cream. massive compliments to the boil!

for lunch with a friend in the januar. so a hidden gem in bearsden, it is quite small in comparison to some other restaurants, but do not let them doubt their standards! this is one of the few places in glass-gow that I will remember for a long time after eating there. because their menu is frequently updated, I think that the ones I had may not be available anymore, but they have decided to try a lot of new dishes worth! Had a brilliant meal here yesterday the night before we started on the West Highland Way. The food was magnificent, very reasonably priced and the waiting and front of house team were cheerful, attentive and made our evening really pleasant. It was nice to see a restaurant busy on a Wednesday evening. Would thoroughly recommend.

I really love this place! I'll make sure to visit whenever I'm in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly. It was quite busy tonight (on a Tuesday), but everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend it!
