Went to kfc on high street in shop to take away, for a quick easy dinner for myself and friend. Staff were completely incompetent, asked for large meals and repeated myself multiple times and received smalls and order was wrong. Staff interrupted me whilst trying to order and refused to change my food as it was wrong. I ordered a krushem shake and it was only filled 3/4 of the way and did not receive a straw for my other drink. Kfc has really gone downhill, flavors and quality of food is awful. Will not be going there again.
The service was fast, but when I got home and opened the bag, my drink and fries were missing. The chicken coating was as hard as a rock, likely cooked earlier in the day. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
