I bought the family meal chicken strips were dried up and hard to chew. They gave me my order as soon as I payed did not have to wait but the chicken strips must have been sitting out for a while my stomach started hurting mind you it was a family meal so my daughter and nephews all started feeling sick after trying to eat one strip each we couldn’t finish the rest the mac and cheese smelled and taste weird too it was disgusting and I called and apparently no manager or supervisor was around that could help me so yeah the meal was a waste of money that only got us sick and I’ve heard bad reviews of this kfc still decided to give it a try but it’s wrong to have food out for that long and stil...
What's the purpose of a drive-thru if they make you park in front of the restaurant and then take 10 minutes to bring out an order that's incorrect and messy? They have a drive-thru timer, but it seems like they're just manipulating it with this system. Management really needs to address this issue with their staff. It might be understandable if they were busy, but there was only one other car ordering, and we still had to wait. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would give this business zero stars.
Terrible service, rude and bad attitude, they tell you the order yelling, they always make a mistake and get angry when you complain to them, I don't recommend it at all, I never thought of an experience this bad at KFC, they should change their attitude because without customers there is no business, they gave me the wrong order, they didn't even let me review it because even that bothered them, 0 stars ? ? avoid the pain of going to this business you will only get a bitter pill....
Do not eat here !! Customer service is so bad asked for mashed potatoes no gravy and of course they put gravy They gave me no fork idk what I'm supposed to eat my Mac and cheese and my liquidy ass mashed potatoes with Rude as well, no napkins or sauces available

I had a meal at the restaurant. While the service was good, the food unfortunately did not meet expectations this time. Additionally, the dining area was not clean.
