I visited this restaurant to redeem a free chicken sandwich from a coupon I had earned. I arrived on a Friday evening after work and was told by a Hispanic woman at the drive-thru that my coupon was not valid. Feeling frustrated, I decided to go to the KFC on Market Street, where I used the same coupon successfully and received my free chicken sandwich without any issues. This experience felt unfair and discriminatory to me. It seemed as though my race influenced her decision not to accept my coupon. It's crucial for businesses to address racial profiling, as it can lead to serious repercussions, including potential lawsuits and movements advocating for equality.
I have a suspicion that they might be using old grease or possibly serving reheated chicken, as the pieces are quite small, especially the legs. I visited KFC in Paris, France, and I was really impressed by how well the chicken was prepared—just like in the TV commercials, with a gorgeous, crispy, golden-brown finish. The KFC in San Pablo could definitely learn a thing or two from their Parisian counterpart.
The food was decent, and the staff were fine. However, their card machine was out of order all day, and they only put up a sign in the drive-thru after you’re already stuck and unable to leave. Card system failures happen, but not posting a warning before customers are halfway through the drive-thru is lazy and unprofessional.
Nicest people and super clean restaurant. Just needed to use the BR and since no gas station has one that's functional, I went here. They were so nice and they had awesome lemon bundt cakes.Chicken smelled good, too.

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the $4 chicken burger is quite good. When I visited at night, my burger was ready in just one minute. The staff member had a very positive attitude.
The customer service was disappointing, and patrons are not permitted to use the restrooms. This indicates a lack of consideration for people's fundamental needs.
I picked up chicken pot pies for the office, and this location makes them with a generous amount of chicken. It's such a comforting meal!
