I honestly don't understand why I keep putting myself through this by returning to this restaurant, but today has really pushed me over the edge. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and it was by far the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had—I'm not exaggerating. Picture this: I get home, open the sandwich bag, and find the thinnest, saddest, driest piece of chicken breast imaginable. It felt like I was chewing on beef jerky squeezed between two somewhat soggy pieces of bread. Considering the prices they charge, I would recommend taking your business to a better place or somewhere that truly values the quality of food they serve.
My experience at KFC was terrible. The woman with red lipstick at the counter was rude to my family and me. She didn’t include any napkins or condiments with our order. The chicken tasted like it was fried in the same oil as the fish, which was off-putting. On top of that, they were completely out of root beer—the very reason we chose to eat there. Very disappointing.
We ordered the classic chicken sandwiches, but they were completely inedible. They were so hard and tough that we couldn't eat them at all. Even our dog was the only one who could manage to chew them, and it sounded like he was eating bones! It's truly disappointing that a restaurant would serve something like this.
Our order from Newl was disappointing. The biscuits were missing, and all the chicken was dark meat, which we didn’t ask for. We spent $50 on dark meat and mashed potatoes, which felt like a total waste. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from there.

The chicken was very dry, and my order was missing a biscuit and hot sauce. Although I asked for honey and butter for the missing biscuit, I only received a half cup of soda. I do not recommend this place at all, as the service was quite poor.
The service is painfully slow for anything beyond drinks, floats, and freezes. We live out of town and visit my dad, who lives nearby, but I always forget just how slow they are. Once again, I'm left regretting it.
The Famous Bowl is consistently warm and loaded with cheese. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is also perfectly satisfying.
