Kfc Le Havre Docks

For a 5-minute drive, prefer to go to Montivilliers. Two visits, two problems with the young manager (at the counter) of the KFC des Docks, in Le Havre. 1. After 30 mins without receiving the order, I went to the counter, the manager then indicated that our number had not been highlighted. However, the number was placed in the middle of our table, as for any customer. The dishes being cold, I was entitled to ask what I ordered hot. The young manager then put the contents of the tray in the microwave. Something I refused, because I was not the author of this delay and I do not pay to have a wrap in the microwave. Very disappointed, several things are wrong Pay more than 13€ for a menu including desserts and end up with an ice cream with less filling than that on the children's menu. Disappointed! Cold burgers! So cold that the cheese is not melted! Ice cream was half served, justifying that it is the “dose”, no napkin, unpleasant manager and who personally I find is of no use, does not help his staff.
