I came here on the Dimmi 50% off special. The service is actually good, friendly and prompt. But I waited 30-40 minutes for food to arrive, which is too long for a lunchtime in the CBD and the restaurant was only a third full. I actually think it's quite overpriced. Mains are around $30 and the space is fairly basic, no tablecloths and has a cafe feel. I ordered the Cone Bay barramundi. It looked a bit like pub food when it arrived, with chips and a pub-style salad. At full price, I would have felt a bit let down. Overall the food is great! Well done to the Chef and it's great creation, the butter fried chicken and the fish and chips were all good!Service is really mixed! A few great staff like the Korean hostess was attentive and accommodating but another lady (I presume a duty manager in black jacket and curly hair) was a little nonchalant. Quite surprised that a full fledged operating hotel and restaurant can run out of ketchup sauce. And her reply was "there Aioli sauce already". Not everyone likes an Aioli sauce and it's a burger and fries.All in all, a good experience which could have been better.
The wagyu flank steak and squid were great - both very succulent and full of flavor. Zucchini fries were a let down though - tiny strips of plant in overpowering bread coating, very unbalanced. So I ended up taking the zucchini out and leaving the dough on the side. Service was friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend this place if you love your meat and don't mind paying a bit extra for the good quality.
We went to Picasso's with family for dinner. I'm normally suspicious of eating at places where there are no other patrons but we were hungry so gave it a shot. I really wished we hadn't. The pizza came out of the kitchen quickly and we're not only greasy but doughy. Really really bad pizza

If you're staying at the Pullman hotel you don't have to go far for a good meal - especially breakfast. Excellent buffet options and a very busy bustling place. Good range of hot and cold options. Staff attentive and very helpful
A great dining experience and will definitely return. Staff a very friendly. Seafood Linguini was very tasty dish. Oysters were succulent and Wagyu steak perfectly cooked.
Delicious good sized meals and very affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would return and also recommend. Atmosphere also very comfortable
Solid bar with standard drinks. Nice and quiet to relax with friends. Dessert I ordered was bread and butter pudding, it was off the charts good!
