We visited Desi Hut in Lakemba on a Monday night, and there was only one other couple in the restaurant, so we received excellent service. I had a negative experience at Desi Hut about four years ago, so I was a bit hesitant to return. However, I was pleasantly surprised this time! The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and flavorful, with the perfect combination of spices. It was clear that everything was freshly cooked, not reheated like in some other places. We ordered a starter and two main dishes, and each one was delightful. I will definitely be returning to Desi Hut in the future. I would give it 4.5 stars.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional and I would highly recommend it to any Pakistani craving a taste of home. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the terrible service, as we found ourselves waiting for everything. However, when we raised our concerns with the person at the front, they were very apologetic and receptive to our feedback. I hope that this was just an isolated incident. If they can improve their service, this place could easily be a 10/10 restaurant.

An excellent place to enjoy North Indian or Pakistani dishes at a very reasonable price. It is a...small place, but very popular, so the booking is important. The ambience is very good, but the room could be a little bigger. I guess that'll come with a price. So let's keep it this way and continue to serve the excellent, mouthwatering dishes!

This Indian restaurant is quite good. I have visited a few times now and I really appreciate the authentic Indian ambiance. The food is delicious, although it can be a bit tangy for some and occasionally a little oily. Despite these minor issues, overall the restaurant is pretty good and I would recommend giving it a try. It is conveniently located near Beverly Hills cinemas with parking available on the road and down the street near the train station.
The best butter chicken i have ever had. The naan breads are delicious as well. I just ordered from here tonight. Will most definitely be a regular customer. Im so excited to try the rest of the menu. Recommended this place to evryone. You will be amazed!!

Picked up a takeaway goat biriyani. ..it was a joke...only 3 curry size pieces in a big box of rice...will never go again. ..was a ripoff
