So this is my first time actually ordering a custom cake from the shop and may I say I've never tasted a red velvet cake so moist, decadent, and rich. The frosting was like glue that hold the cake together without pieces falling apart. I requested fondant as the outside layer and glad that I did. This is the first time, I've tasted fondant that wasn't rubbery. I actually thought for a second, they never added fondant to the cake. I thought it was an extra layer of a different kind of frosting but I was mistaken. The best cake that I've had that was crafted deliciously! Will order again! So light, fluffy, not too sweet.I ordered a cupcake cake for my daughter’s Wild One themed 1st birthday party. I also ordered a dozen VEGAN vanilla bean cupcakes (to accommodate an egg and dairy allergy). When I say my guests could NOT believe they were vegan, it was an absolute hit!! I've been hearing non-stop praise for Kia's cakes, so I finally decided to check it out for myself. I was not disappointed. The sweet potato cheesecake is incredible and stands out for its unique flavor. The pound cake, while somewhat ordinary in taste, is incredibly soft. The chocolate chip cookies have a wonderful thickness and texture, but they tasted gluten-free—perhaps I was given the gluten-free version. Plus, I was impressed to see Kia working there most of the time. Much respect to her!
Their cupcakes are UNBELIEVABLY GOOOD! Moist, sweet but not too sweet. The size is perfect. The staff and owner are so accommodating and professional. The Café atmosphere is pleasant and so quaint! My first visit we ordered 70 cupcakes and 2 their cheesecake (strawberry and caramelized pecans)...May gooooodnessss! My son is allergic to eggs, so I ordered a custom vegan birthday cake for his party. It was half chocolate and half vanilla with buttercream icing and shaped like his boogie board that he loves to use when we go down the shore. Well, let me tell you that cake was so moist and delicious and the kids and parents all loved it. If you are in need of vegan bakery goods and gluten free this is the place to go to.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the cake we ordered from Kia's was. I collaborated with Rachel on my order, and the service was exceptional. The cake turned out to be exactly what I had imagined for my daughter, who is a huge Breaking Bad fan! The cake itself was incredible—super moist and absolutely delicious! Everyone at the party loved it!

I had a birthday cake themed after "JABBA THE HUTT" from Star Wars. The cake is remarkably lifelike, and the attention to detail is impressive. On top of that, it was incredibly delicious! Well done!
