Kickback Jack's Southern Pines

After driving 6 hours to celebrate a classmate 's birthday (year intentionally omitted), a group of us decided to go out for drinks and to watch game 4. Those from the area chose Kickback Jack 's, there was 14 in our party. Initially we went to the bar to get drinks but a few in our group wanted to order food-this is when the problems began. Rather than determining how many food orders we planned to make the waitress asked how many tickets there would be, after hearing individual checks the waitress advised that she could not provide good service on 14 individual checks...only 4 people wanted to order...when we attempted to advise that only 4 were ordering the waitress left and returned with...

Was pleasantly surprised we had a nice time, good food , great service! Usually is good. Last time we were there service from the waitress up to manager was awful. Sat us at a table that was to small for our party even after waiting. They expected one of us to sit at a separate table. Very unacommadating. Will be awhile before returning. If ever.

Just give 3 stars because the staff are incredibly nice people. The food was subpar. They mixed my and my Bfs sauces, and they gave us old, evil pommes.

Loved The Strawberry Bucket Drink and grilled wings with honey barbecue sauce as well. Service could?ve been better tho.

Fast and friendly service. Food came out hot and delicious. My crowd loved them some nachos too!
