I’ve been coming to King and I for delicious Thai food for years. However, it’s been a little while since my last visit so I decided to order some takeaway. We chose the massaman curry with lamb, duck wraps and pad Thai with chicken. All were absolutely delicious! I knew that the curry and pad Thai would be great, however I ordered the duck wraps on a whim and they turned out to be amazing! Kind of like the Thai version of Peking duck but with roti. So good!
We we’re watching a Thai travel show so felt the need for pad Thai tonight and got Uber Eats from King I tonight. A good tasty tangy Pad Thai with chicken. We also ordered a Green Chicken curry and roti and peanut satay. The green curry had a great amount of heat. Foolishly we forgot to order rice but had it in ramekins almost like a soup instead. Delicious. Probably best Uber eats Thai I’ve had in the area and quite a quick delivery time.
Omg Omg absolutely fabulous. Went for birthday dinner on 18th October and it was amazing. Had the usual unbelievable duck wraps and then mains of pad see ewe, prik pow and a new dish of fish with apple salad which was amazing. Love love love this place and the Manager even though he no longer wears his red sneakers is so nice and hospitable. Will go back again and again and again. Keep up the great work
We had never been to this restaurant before, but decided to give it a try based on the generally positive reviews on Zomato. We were pleased with the quick service and delicious food. The restaurant was crowded when we arrived, which we took as a good sign. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again. Great reliable local restaurant with very friendly staff. We had the pork belly with greens pork belly was crispy and juicy. Also had the pud bai grapow with chicken delicious. Curry puffs are a must.
We come here regularly because we love the food! The service with Scott and the good value of the prices makes it a good night out. Love pad thai, bad pow grapow, saytay, roti, and the curries
Delicious and well priced. Thai Green Curry was amazing and Coconut Rice was perfect. We weren’t a huge fan of the Roti and the portion size of the peanut sauce was on the small side.
